According to the information, a female national died in the accident. And this incident happened at half past noon.

Jeff Gladney was 25 years old.

NBC Dallas-Fort Worth reports that Jeff Gladney's car was a Mercedes-Benz SUV.

"We are devastated to learn of Jeff Gladney's death. Our hearts go out to his family, friends and those who are mourning his loss," the Cardinals said in a statement.

The team says Gladney signed with the Cardinals in March and "is expected to play a key role in the defense this season."

TCU Athletic Director Jeremiah Donatio also issued a statement.

"Our TCU athletics family and especially our football program were devastated to learn of Jeff Gladney's death," he said.

Jeff maintained his close relationship with TCU. He loved everything about his Alama Matter.

According to information provided by the university, Gladney was from New Boston, Texas and went to TCU as one of the best high school cornerbacks in the state.
